Cancellation/ Return Policy

All reservations at Groove will be held with a major credit card. As a courtesy to your stylist, please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your reservation. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and full price for no shows. Stylists reserve the right to reschedule clients more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled reservation. We apologize, but no personal checks are accepted.

Groupon and on-line deals:  Due to the overwhelming responses of Groupon, Living Social, Charlotte Half-off, ect., there is limited availability with our schedules and appointment times.  We require a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule ALL appointments and appointments made the day of, or less than 24hrs in advance are non-transferable.  There will be 50% forfeiture of any coupon deal if this is not followed or respected.

Groove Salon is a child free environment.
