Based on Reputation, Education, and Demand (RED), we offer three levels of stylists for you to choose from. Rising Stars, Shining Stars, and Rock Stars.  All of our artists have been trained in the Paul Mitchell culture, and have proven they posses the skills required to be a successful stylist at GROOVE.

Cancellation/ Return Policy

All reservations at Groove will be held with a major credit card. As a courtesy to your stylist, please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your reservation. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and full price for no shows. Stylists reserve the right to reschedule clients more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled reservation.  Because Groove is committed to excellence and stand behind our services and product, we do not refund any service fees or product charges.  We will do our best to re-do any service within 7 days, as long as the service was not altered for no charge and we will exchange our Paul Mitchell take home to best serve our guests.

Groupon and on-line deals:  Due to the overwhelming responses of Groupon, Living Social, Charlotte Half-off, ect., there is limited availability with our schedules and appointment times.  We require a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule ALL appointments and  appointments made the day off or less than 24hrs in advance are non-transferable.  There will be 50% forfeiture of any coupon deal if this is not followed or respected.
